Artist Statement I began this new venture 10 years ago when I retired. I joined a senior citizen center in NY and began my first painting experience. At the Center we were not allowed to use oil paints becuase they were hard to keep the area clean. When I finished my first painting I couldn't believe what I created and i couldn't stop looking at the painting. Today I have improved to the level of most professionals. So now I want to share my joy and love for oil painting with you. When painting i try to capture the image I am painting so it will catch your eye and keep you entertained. Many who have purchased my art say that it keeps them engaged as they enjoy the paintings I have created for a lifetime.
